运营期轨道交通桥梁支座病害治理方法研究

桥梁支座病害是北京轨道交通最为普遍桥梁病害之一,极大地威胁桥梁结构和运营安全,桥梁支座病害治理已经成为桥梁养护维修的重要工作。为了不影响正常运营,治理工作只能在运营结束后进行,而且还要对轨道等桥面设备进行防护,以上因素给治理工作带来了极大的难度。本文分析了运营期轨道交通支座病害治理的重要性和特殊性,详细介绍和分析了根据目前北京轨道交通支座病害特点而采取的同步顶升、顶升+灌浆料修复垫石、垫石局部加固补强三种支座病害治理方法。从分析和实践结果看,这三种桥梁支座病害治理方法能够满足各项严格控制指标要求,具有对轨道等重要设施设备影响小和治理时间满足正常运营的要求等优点,能够适用于城市轨道交通桥梁支座病害治理工作,具有一定推广意义。

Study on Disease Management Methods for Rail Transit Bridge Bearings During Operation Period

The bridge bearing disease is one of the most common bridge diseases in Beijing rail transit,which greatly threatens the bridge structure and operation safety.The bridge bearing disease treatment has become an important task for bridge maintenance and repair.To avoid affecting the normal operation,the governance can only be carried out after the end of daily operation,and the bridge deck equipment such as the track should be protected.The above factors bring great difficulty to the governance work.This paper analyzed the importance and particularity of the disease management of rail transit bearings during operation period,and mainly introduced the three methods of treating the disease according to the characteristics of the current Beijing rail transit bearing diseases,including synchronous jacking method,jacking+grouting repairing pad method and padded stone local reinforcement method.From the analysis and practical results,these three kinds of bridge bearing disease treatment methods can meet the requirements of various strict control indicators,and have the advantages of meeting the requirements of normal operation and less impact on important facilities such as rails.Therefore,these three kinds of bridge bearing disease treatment methods can be applied to the treatment of urban rail transit bridge bearing diseases,and have certain promotion significance.
