高速铁路TLJ900t架桥机调头施工技术

摘    要:高速铁路要建成资源节约型、环境友好型工程,在梁场设计规划时,平均约20 km设置一个梁场,较以往铁路建设基本减少了一半梁场数量,梁场建设时采用双层存梁,也大大节约了梁场用地;同时,该梁场设置使架桥机调头作业成为现实,采用在梁场内调头施工,通过优化,仅需利用移梁通道和存梁区即可完成,相比传统方法节省了设备拆装、存放和运转等施工用地。根据预制梁场优化设置的需要,梁场位置基本处于其所承担箱梁预制线路区段的中部。本技术适用于高速铁路TLJ900 t架桥机、900 t轮式运梁车、450 t×2轮轨式提梁机在900 t箱梁架设过程中因施组要求,或线下施工影响而进行的调头施工。

Abstract:High-speed railway is to be built as a resource-saving and environment-friendly project.During its design,there is a girder fabrication yard about every 20 km,which is half the quantity of previous construction.There are also two layers to store the girders which significantly save the total area.Meanwhile,this kind of yard makes possible the realization of bridge girder erection machine U-turn within the yard;through optimization,only the girder moving passage and girder conservation area are needed,which saves the equipment dismantling and assembling,conservation and transport processes in traditional methods.According to the requirements of prefabricated girder yards optimization,its location is at the middle of the box-girder prefabrication line of its own.This technology is applicable for U-turn construction of high-speed railway TLJ900 t bridge erection machine,900 t wheel-type girder transporting vehicle,450 t×2 while-type girder-lifting machine for construction organization requirements and off-line construction affection during 900t box girder erection process.
