Blasting Techniques for Excavation of Damaoshan Closely-spaced Tunnel

In the reconstruction and expansion project of Darnaoshan Tunnel in Quanzhou-Xiamen Highway, according to the construction conditions of short distance between newly-buih tunnels and existing tunnels, millisecond vibration-reduced and smooth wall control blasting techniques are adopted, and blasting parameters are modified through monitoring the whole process of hlasting vibration, therefore, the safety of tunnel construction and existing highway traffic is ensured.
