盾构隧道沼气排放技术

摘    要:盾构机在穿越沼气地层时易发生爆炸和窒息事故,危害性较大,在施工时必须采取有效的防治措施.结合工程实例,分析了在沼气地层进行盾构隧道施工的风险,介绍了提前有控放气的沼气排放工艺,通过放气试验分析沼气排放规律,确定沼气排放参数,指导放气施工,有效预防了盾构隧道施工沼气事故的发生,对同类施工具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:Explosion and asphyxia accidents are prone to occur while shield machine going through the methane stratum, which involves greater risks; therefore effective prevention measures must be taken while such construction. This paper, based on the actual construction, analyzes the risks of shield tunnel construction in the methane stratum, and presents the technology of controlled release of methane. The regularity of methane release is analyzed through experiments, and the pa- rameters of methane release is determined to guide the construction of methane release, which effectively prevent the gas ac- cident, thus provides significant reference to similar projects.
