| 摘 要： | 近年来,国家积极部署推进运输结构调整,大力发展多式联运,统筹推进国家物流枢纽布局建设,多式联运物流园区正迎来前所未有的建设发展机遇。但我国多式联运尚处于发展初级阶段,多式联运物流园区尚未形成一整套完整的全链条开发模式。通过梳理该类园区的主要类型、投资建设主体及建设模式,结合当前国家物流枢纽建设要求,提出国家物流枢纽体系下多式联运物流园区的开发趋势,为社会主体参与园区开发提供方向指引。

| Abstract: | In recent years,our country has actively deployed to adjust the transport structure,vigorously developed multimodal transport,and promoted national logistics hub.Multimodal transport logistics park has unprecedented development opportunities.However,China’s multimodal transport is still in the initial stage of development,and the multimodal transport logistics park has not yet formed a complete set of full-chain development models.By sorting out the main types,investment subjects,construction models of such parks,combined with the requirements of national logistics hubs,the development trend of multimodal logistics parks under the national logistics hub system is proposed to provide guidance for social entities to participate in its development. |
