土石路堤填筑应力形变场的特征规律研究

摘    要:在山区高速公路建设中,路堤多采用土石混合料填筑。文章结合西部某高速公路工程项目,对其红色碎屑岩类无粘性土石混填路堤进行数值模拟,着重研究了该类路堤按实际分层厚度30cm填筑过程中的应力形变场的特征及其变化规律及其工程适用性。结果表明,路堤内的最大沉降发生在路堤填筑高度略低于1/2路堤中心线附近的位置,最大主压应力与最小主压应力均表现出随着填筑体厚度的增加而逐渐增大的趋势,在路堤中心线处底部压应力最大,同时在填筑过程中路堤坡面可能发生小范围的拉应力区。

Abstract:When constructing highway in mountainous area,the embankment is u- sually filled with soil-rock mixture.Based on a practical highway project in Western China,this paper conducts a numerical simulation to the non-cohesive soil-rock mixture embankment of red clastic rock, and focuses on studying the characteristics and development rule of Deformation Stress Field and its applicability when fill- ing is done by 30cm per layer.The test re- sult shows that the maximum settlement occurs in the location with the filling height lower than 1/2 height of the central line of embankment.The maximum main compression stress and the minimum one rise along with the filling thickness.And the compression stress near the bottom of embankment central line is the largest.On the other hand,small scope of tensile stress zone may come into form on the slope face of embankment during filling.
