| 摘 要： | 水毁抢修是水毁治理的重要一环,文章在借鉴国内外水毁研究成果的基础上,针对我国水毁频发而抢修资源不足的问题,分析了影响水毁抢修优先性的因素,并创造性的建立了抢修优先性排序方法,提出了量化水毁优先性的指标,对我国特别是西部地区的水毁防治工作具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Flood-damage repair is an important part of flood-damage treatment. Aiming at resolving the problem of fre- quent highway flood-damages and limited resource for repair,this paper,based on the study outcomes at home and abroad, analyzes the factors for determining the priority of repair,and creatively works out a method of prioritizing the flood damage repair.It also proposes the quantization in- dexes for prioritizing the flood damage, which can be helpful to flood damage treatment in China especially the Western regions. |
