| Abstract: | Aiming at the difficulties encountered in expressway administration culture construction,the paper proposes "Three Expansions",that is,expanding from expressway administration spirit construction to nuclear function,expanding from advanced model establishment to carrier creation and expanding from cultural system building to management practice.By this way,the "three difficulties" encountered in the construction of expressway administration culture will be resolved. |
