| Abstract: | The article analyzes the cause and current condition of high cost and low profit situation in road construction industry.Aimed at the current market environment,the article proposes six countermeasures to reduce production cost and increase economy efficiency.It concludes that increasing company＇s management capacity and core competitiveness is the fundamental method to change current condition. |
