摘    要:为促进生产工况参数调整,缓解气液混输管路积液问题,对比研究了考虑高程变化的起伏管路以及不考虑高程变化的水平管路在气液比、管径、输送压力工况参数变化下对管路持液率的影响规律,以及地形变化对持液量的影响情况。通过实际工程案例验证了研究成果对促进管路积液主控因素判断和工况参数调整具有较好的实用性和可靠性。

Abstract:The liquid loading in pipeline brings many problems to pipeline's normal operation and maintenance,but it is also an inevitable problem when we deal with the liquid loading in two-phase gas-liquid flow pipeline. At present,the research on liquid loading in two-phase gas-liquid flow pipeline in complex surface is still unusual. According to the actuality of projects,the researchers have conducted an analysis of the influence and variation rule of the liquid holdup ratio,which is considered to be related to the gas liquid ratio,the pipe diameter,the delivery pressure,the changeable terrain and the topographic change when a horizontal pipeline is raised. By using the analysic result,the main controlling factors can be ensured and the parameter adjustment can be conducted. This also can provide solutions and have a good reliability.
