Analysis of New Methods of Nondestructive Testing in Use of Industrial Pressure Pipeline

There is inside corrosion, outside corrosion and other corrosion defects during operation of industrial pressure pipeline, that will threat the pipeline integrity. According to ＂Pressure pipe safety technology supervision regulation for industrial pressure pipe＂（ TSG D0001 -2009 ） , periodical inspection should be made for the industrial pressure pipeline. Periodical inspection of the industrial pressure pipeline, which reduces the loss of accident, can identify defects and find both inside and outside corroding situations on pipeline. Based on the introduction for the principle of pipeline＇s new methods of nondestructive testing, the advice for key points of every nondestructive testing method was shown. Finally, the testing methods for periodical inspection were summed up, thus providing relevant reference for the periodical inspection of industrial pressure pipeline.
