摘    要:文中介绍了漏磁的基本原理及漏磁检测系统在检测过程中信号的变化规律及实际应用中应注意问题。与利用管道内部压差作为动力的漏磁检测仪器不同,该仪器由主机、探头及信号传输电缆组成,探头通过永磁铁、固定轮固定于被测管道表面,手动操作探头以相应速率(标准速率应为0.5m/s)匀速运动,从而发现管道埋藏缺陷。通过实际应用发现影响检测精度、准确性的因素主要有样管制造、提离值调整、被检管道表面光滑程度及爬行速率等。

Abstract:The paper introduces the basic principle of the flux leakage detecting system and the law of signal changes in detection.This equipment is composed of an electronic unit,a scanning head and a kind of signal transmission cable.The scanning head is fixed outside the pipe by magnets.By pushing the scanning head at a constant speed(the standard rate should be 0.5 m/s)the hidden defects can be found.The accuracy of the detection is affected by imitation defects,harshness of the pipe and the scanning speed,etc.
