原油管线与石脑油管线封堵工艺的研究

Research on the Plugging Process of Crude Oil and Naphtha Pipelines

This paper describes the plugging process of crude oil pipeline and naphtha pipelines.It focuses researches on such a plugging construction process,including pipeline pumping,plugging tee welding and other issues.The naphtha pipeline plugging process has been improved on the basis of the crude oil closure process,using high-pressure plugging disc combined with the bladder closure as well as water injection between the high-pressure plugging head and the isolation,pumping oil after pipeline wash,welding,current welding control,speed and pipeline operating pressures and other methods,effectively preventing the overflow of naphtha and petroleum,protecting the quality of welding,finally ensuring the blocking construction safety of the naphtha pipeline effectively.
