海底管道腐蚀数据处理研究

摘    要:在油田设计、施工和运行过程中,产生了大量的数据,随着数据储存量的增多,出现大量缺失和错误数据,且无法直接从系统中获得腐蚀风险管控措施。文中结合数据库平台的生产数据、检测数据、路由数据和腐蚀相关数据等,运用6σ方法,对异常数据进行筛选,运用窗函数法,对缺失数据进行补齐,通过数据对照,发现补齐后的数据误差较小,为海底管道腐蚀数据的管理提供参考。

Abstract:During the design,construction and operation of the oilfield,a large number of data are produced.With the increasing amount of data storage,a large number of missing and wrong data appear,and the corrosion risk control measures can not be directly obtained from the system.Combined with the production data,detection data,routing data and corrosion related data of the database platform,this paper used the 6σmethod to process the abnormal data,and then used the window function method to complete the missing data.Through data comparison,it is found that the data error after completion is small,which provides reference for the management of submarine pipeline corrosion data.
