船用汽轮机蒸汽管道设计及应力分析

摘    要:文中从管径选择、管壁计算、方案布置和支吊架选型进行分析,介绍了某船用汽轮发电机组蒸汽管道的设计。计算分析了该蒸汽管道静态下各支吊架受力、管道应力和管口推力,以及主汽门瞬间关闭时的汽锤力。计算结果表明:该蒸汽管道变形均衡,管道的一次应力、二次应力及管口推力均小于许用值;主汽门瞬间关闭时蒸汽管道的汽锤力较小,对汽轮机和管道的安全运行无影响。本次汽轮发电机组蒸汽管道设计合理,能满足机组安全运行。

Abstract:The steam pipeline of a marine turbo-generator unit was designed based on the selection of pipe diameter,calculation of pipe wall,scheme layout and selection of support and hanger.The force of each support and hanger,pipe stress and thrust on the equipment end were calculated and analyzed under static condition,as well as the steam hammer force when the control valve was closed instantaneously.The results indicate that,the deformation of the steam pipeline is uniform,the primary stress,secondary stress and the force on the equipment end are all less than allowable values,the steam hammer force is so small and has no effect on the safe operation of the turbine and pipeline when the control valve closed instantaneously.The design of steam pipeline for the turbo-generator unit is reasonable and can make the equipment operates safely.
