煤层气的集输技术研究

摘    要:针对煤层气的基本理化性质及存在状态,对当前国内外煤层气地面集输相关技术进行了理论研究,概述了煤层气的定义与形成过程、国内煤层气的分布特点与开发技术。对当前常用的3种集气工艺进行了综述,并将多种煤层气运输技术的优缺点进行了简单对比。重点介绍了煤层气的管道输送、液化储运、固态储运等3种方法。并指出,由于煤层气液化储运法克服了长途铺设管线法耗资大、覆盖地区有限,且不具备储存和调峰能力的缺点,因而具有良好的应用和发展前景。

Abstract:According to the basic physical and chemical properties and the existence of the CBM,a theoretical study is made of the current domestic and international coal-bed methane ground gathering technologies.The definition and formation of coal-bed methane and the characteristic coal-bed methane distribution and development technology in China is overviewed.Three kinds of gas gathering processes are reviewed.Besides,a variety of advantages and disadvantages of coal-bed methane transportation technology is compared with the focus on coal-bed methane pipeline,liquefied storage and transportation,solid-state storage and transportation methods.The paper points out that due to coal-bed methane liquefaction storage method that helps overcome the cost of long-distance pipeline laying large coverage area is limited,without storage and peaking capacity shortcomings,this technology has a good application and development prospect.
