川东北高含硫气田压力容器设计

摘    要:高含硫气田中的压力容器腐蚀应重点考虑应力腐蚀开裂。详细分析了高含硫气田压力容器设计中应着重考虑材料因素、环境因素和加工因素。为了确保产品的质量,基于设计中应重点考虑因素与国内外成功经验,针对罗家寨高含硫气田压力容器的设计,明确提出了材料化学成分限制与探伤、制造等特殊的附加要求。另外,还应进一步提高高含硫压力容器设计水平。

Abstract:The stress corrosion cracking should be a key point considered in the process of pressure vessel design.The high-sulfur pressure vessel design should be given consideration concerning the material factors,the environmental factors and the processing factors.Based on the design considerations and successful experience at home and abroad,the chemical composition of materials,testing,manufacturing and other special additional requirements have been proposed for designing high-sulfur pressure vessels to be used in the Luojiazhai gas field,to further enhance the level of sulfur pressure vessel design.
