严寒地区油库压力管道选材研究

摘    要:根据工业管道安全技术监察规程,严寒地区油库压力管道设计温度低于-20℃,超出了20号碳素钢管的使用温度下限,按照压力管道设计规范中关于低温低应力工况的定义,进行管道应力计算。分析表明:油库压力管道的设计压力低于0.7 MPa时,油库管道正常操作的轴向拉应力低于材料标准规定的20号钢管的最小抗拉强度值的10%,管道操作工况处于低温低应力工况,管道材料可以使用20号钢。

Abstract:According to the pressure pipe safety technology supervision regulation for industrial pressure pipes,the design temperature of oil depot pressure pipe in severely cold regions is below-20 ℃ and exceeds the low temperature application limitation of grade 20 carbon steel pipe.Stress calculation and analysis according to the specification of lower temperature and lower stress service in pressure piping codes for industrial piping indicate that when the oil depot piping design pressure is below 0.7 MPa,the piping axial stress will less than ten percent of the specified minimum tensile strength of 20 carbon steel pipe.When the oil depot pipe is in service of lower temperature and lower stress,the piping material can be grade 20 carbon steel.
