| 摘 要： | 在进行地面热油管道油品输送时,为了减少运行管道热量散失,节约燃料,常对管道加设保温层,考虑到保温层投资费用,常进行保温层经济厚度计算。目前,在工程上常用试算法,这样计算工作量大,效率不高。文中对地面热油管道经济保温层算法进行了推导,应用EXECL中规划求解程序编制了完善的计算程序,并结合实例进行了计算。结果表明：该程序使得计算结果精度比较高,工作效率得到了提高。
