高等级公路沥青路面施工质量控制要点

基于近年国内外对沥青混合料材料性质及沥青路面施工的研究现状,文章对高等级公路沥青路面施工质量控制的各项性能指标,包括高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等性能,明确各类病害成因进行了分析;总结了影响沥青路面施工质量的重要因素,有原材料、沥青混合料、人员及施工试验检测;在此基础上,针对各影响因素进行了对策分析;最后,从施工准备、沥青混合料运输、摊铺、碾压、机械设备控制管理四个方面提出施工控制要点。通过对人工、材料、机械三方面的管控,降低高等级公路沥青路面病害出现可能性,延长公路的使用寿命,对于促进高等级公路建设和完善道路交通规划有着重要意义。

Brief Analysis of High Grade Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Quality Control Points

In order to enhance the construction quality and use time of the asphalt pavement,and reasonably arrange the construction period,first analyze the high temperature and low temperature stability,water stability and other properties of the asphalt pavement.Summarize four factors that affect the quality of asphalt pavement construction,including raw material factor,asphalt mixture factor,personnel factor and test detection factor,and for each factor carried on countermeasures analysis;Finally,based on the analysis of the performance and influencing factors of the asphalt pavement,it summarizes the construction points that should be paid attention to in the asphalt pavement construction.As long as the management is carried out in terms of labor,materials,and machinery,the construction quality and use time of the highway can be improved.
