电动汽车充电桩电能计量相关问题研究

摘    要:根据中央关于加快"新基建"的决策部署,国内将大力推动充电桩建设。作为实施强制管理的计量器具,充电桩的准确计量可确保电能交易公平公正,支撑国家经济社会高质量发展,满足人民低碳绿色出行需求。文中针对电动汽车充电桩电能计量相关问题进行了探讨,首先分别采集了运行全过程中工频交流输入侧和直流输出侧电压与电流的实时波形曲线,其次利用matlab软件和FFT运算对波形数据进行了详细分析,最后验证了现有符合国家标准的交/直流电能表均可满足充电桩计量要求。

Abstract:According to the decision of the central government on accelerating the"new infrastructure construction",the construction of EV charger will be vigorously promoted in China.As a measuring instrument of compulsory management,the accurate measurement of charger can ensure the fairness and justice of electric energy transaction,support the high-quality development of national economy and society,and meet the people's low-carbon and green travel needs.In this paper,the problems related to the electric energy measurement of electric vehicle charger are discussed.Firstly,the real-time wave curves of voltage and current of AC input side and DC output side in the whole operation process are collected respectively.Secondly,the detailed analysis of the wave data is carried out by using MATLAB software and FFT operation.Finally,the existing AC/DC energy meters which meet the national standards can meet the requirements of EV chargers are verified.
