| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of traffic system on resources and environment, puts forward the concept of green transport based on the synthesis of“sustainable development”,“low carbon”, “energy-saving emission reduction”, “Circulation”and other related concepts. Finally, the green transport development requirements and specific ideas are analyzed. |
