摘    要:本文采用红外热像仪拍摄沥青路面在各个施工环节中的温度,并解析了随着施工进行,路面表面温度的衰减规律。此外,借助无核密度仪测取了施工路段的压实度,绘制了压实度分布云图,讨论了引起压实度分布不均匀的主要原因。通过综合使用红外热像仪和无核密度仪,实现了对路面在施工中的实时监控,有助于提高施工水平,保障施工质量。

Abstract:In this paper,infrared thermal imager is used to photograph the temperature of asphalt pavement in various construction links,and analyzes the attenuation law of pavement surface temperature with the construction going on.In addition,the compactness of the construction section is measured with the help of a nuclear free densitometer,and the cloud chart of the compactness distribution is drawn,and the main reasons for the uneven distribution of the compactness are discussed.Through the comprehensive use of infrared thermal imager and nuclear free densitometer,the real-time monitoring of pavement in construction is realized,which helps to improve the construction level and ensure the construction quality.
