| 摘 要： | 采用敞开式TBM施工的隧道,一般是在TBM掘进贯通后再进行二次衬砌.在南疆吐库二线铁路中天山特长隧道工程施工中,开发并成功地应用了敞开式TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工技术,缓解了本工程工期压力,解决了同步衬砌与TBM掘进施工相互干扰问题,开创了敞开式TBM施工的新模式.文章从衬砌台车选型设计、道岔选择与布置、TBM施工用管线穿行及施工通讯等几个方面,阐述了中天山特长隧道敞开式TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工的关键技术和总体施工方案,可为今后类似工程施工及决策提供参考.
