| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内隧道掘进施工的现状及钻爆法掘进施工的特点,结合某高速公路隧道掘进施工工法及炮眼布置方案,研制开发出了一种结构简单可靠、移动方便、适用于公路隧道钻爆法掘进多台阶施工的四臂凿岩台车。现场试验表明,该凿岩台车能够有效地改善工人作业条件,降低劳动强度,实现隧道炮眼钻孔的安全高效施工。

| Abstract: | Based on the construction method and blasting hole layout of a certain tunnel on an expressway,a four-boom jumbo drill was developed that is simple in structure,convenient to move,and suitable for the multi-bench construction of highway tunnels by the drill and blast method.Site testing showed that this jumbo drill can effectively improve working conditions,reduce labor intensity,and allow for the safe drilling of blasting holes. |
