| 摘 要： | 地铁工程是一个庞大的系统工程,每一工点的里程碑工期都非常重要,一个工点滞后会带来整条线铺轨、通车延期,因此进度控制至关重要。文章通过深圳地铁2222标段侨香站、安-侨区间、侨-香区间、香-香区间的实际进度分析,计算出了各主要关键分项工程的进度指标;并针对不同施工方法,总结出了进度控制的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Metro projects are huge systems,and each milestone construction period is very important since a delay at one site will result in delayed track laying and,ultimately,delayed opening of the whole line to traffic.Based on the analysis of the actual progress of Lot 2222 of the Shenzhen Metro line 2(consisting of the Qiaoxiang Station and the Antuoshan to Qiaoxiang,Qiaoxiang to Xiangmi,and Xiangxiang to Xiangmi Tunnels),the progress index of key subdivision works was calculated and the essential measures for progress control are summarized. |
