摘    要:在富水易坍塌的软弱地层中,盾尾注浆施工存在一定的技术难度。文章针对该技术难题,从浆液配比及施工工艺改进两个方面进行了深入研究,分析了水泥、膨润土、粉煤灰及水玻璃4种常用注浆材料的7种浆液配比性能和适用性,提出了富水软弱砂层中的单双液壁后多序注浆工艺。该注浆工艺既控制了双液的快速凝结又保证了有效充填,是一套适用于富水易坍塌地层、有利于地面沉降控制的盾尾注浆技术。

Abstract:There are some technical difficulties involved with grouting at a shield tail in water-rich soft ground liable to collapse,so an in-depth study was performed regarding grout proportion and technology and its applicability.Included is an analysis of the properties of seven grout proportions for the four popular grout materials of cement,bentonite,coal ash and water glass.The construction technology of back filling injection with one component and two components for the water-rich soft stratum is proposed,which controls the rapid setting of two-component grout and ensures effective grout filling.
