某越野车平顺性试验的仿真

摘    要:借助于软件ADAMS/Car,建立了某越野车整车多体动力学模型,然后根据国标规定,按照ADAMS路面文件的要求,建立平顺性脉冲路面,进行不同车速下的仿真试验,得到试验数据。对于随机输入试验,通过深入研究ADAMS/ Car下随机路面文件的特点,规定相应的参数,进行平顺性仿真。另外还探索利用谐波叠加法建立应用更为广泛的随机路面的方法。最后通过编制相应程序,对汽车的平顺性输出结果做出评价。

Abstract:A virtual dynamic model of SUV was established with dynamic analysis software ADAMS/Car.According to national standard and the request of ADAMS software,we set up road profile of pulse input running test, carry on the test under different speed, received the test data.As to the random input running test, we investigated the characteristic of the random road file of ADAMS/Car,defined the corresponding parameters,carried on smooth-going emulation, furthermore, used the harmony superposition method to build road model which could be used widely, finally, made an appraise to the ride comfort result of the vehicle.
