摘    要:为满足不断加严的柴油机排放限值要求,采用SCR技术降低NOx排放水平满足国IV要求。通过对SCR温度、空速特性的研究,提出尿素喷射稳态控制、瞬态修正策略,并通过1000h耐硫老化性试验,验证SCR技术是适合我国国情的排放解决方案。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of upcoming stringent emission legislation,SCR technology is one of feasible approach to reduce the NOx emission level for Euro IV. In this paper,the effect of SCR temperature,space velocity,steady and transient state adblue dosing control strategy were studied.Furthermore to assess the effect of the sulfur in the fuel in diesel on the system reliability by a 1000 hour test was carried out,the test results have shown the SCR technology is a suitable approach for the emission...
