汽车喇叭支架振动疲劳分析

摘    要:某车型喇叭支架系统在振动试验中发生疲劳断裂失效。针对试验结果分析,对现有的喇叭支架进行了模态和动应力、振动加速度计算分析,确定了仿真分析的边界条件、共振阻尼参数以及共振疲劳分析的方法,提出了结构改进方案,并且该方案通过了试验验证。结果表明,应用有限元仿真和试验相结合的方法可以有效地预测零件系统是否满足振动疲劳的性能要求。

Abstract:Fatigue rupture happened to the horn bracket system during the vibration physical test. Mode , dynamic stress and vibration acceleration calculations were performed after analyzing the test resuh. Boundary conditions.damp parameter and the method of fatigue analysis brought by resonance were eonfirmed. Then improved structure scheme was given out, and the new structure passed the vibration physical test. The result shows when FEA and physical test combined, vibration fatigue performance of parts can be forecasted.
