摘    要:针对汽车变速器齿轮参数选择复杂,校核计算过程繁琐的问题,在Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.NET开发环境下,运用ASP.NET技术与C#语言相结合,研究并开发了基于Web技术的汽车变速器齿轮设计及校核系统。该系统集成了齿轮参数优选、齿廓、变位参数、传动比的分配、接触强度和弯曲强度校核等各项计算模块和常用设计参数数据库,通过对初始条件的设定,可方便地选取设计参数,进行结构参数计算,并完成对所设计齿轮的强度校核和评价。经对多款国外成熟样机比对,计算结果达到了较高的重合度。为汽车变速器的自主、快速开发提供了便利条件。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems on the automobile transmission gears that the selecting of parameters is complex and the calculation is fussy, based on one kind of two-shaft transmission, in the development environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.NET, the automobile transmission gears design and calibration system is researched and developed on the basis of Web technology recurring to ASP.NET and C# language. The system includes many calculation modules and commonly used parameters database such as gear parameters optimal selection module, tooth profile, dislodgement parameter, gear ratios' assignment, contact intensity and bending strength examination modules and so on, By selecting the initial condition, can calculate the necessary parameters of gear design and accomplish the fatigue calibration conveniently, compared to many abroad mature prototypes, the result has achieved a high degree coincidence. The convenient and fast condition is provided for the development of independently transmission products.
