简单扩张式消声器与穿孔管消声器对比研究

摘    要:在汽车噪声中,发动机排气噪声是主要的噪声源之一,而使用排气消声器则是降低发动机排气噪声的最有效途径。使用三维声学软件Sysnoise和CFD软件Fluent,对比分析简单扩张式消声器与大穿孔率穿孔管消声器的传递损失与阻力损失。得出结论大穿孔率穿孔管消声器与简单扩张式消声器相比,声学性能两者相当;但前者流体动力学性能好,而且阻力损失较后者明显偏小。

Abstract:3-Demension acoustic software-Sysnoise and CFD software-Fluent is used to analyse transmission loss and resistance loss of expanded-muffler and perforated muffler with large porosity.The results reflect: In acoustic performance,perforated muffler with large porosity is similar to expanded-muffler;but perforated muffler is better in fluid dynamics performance and resistance loss is smaller obviously.
