| 摘 要： | 通过某中型卡车的市场反馈发现：该车型使用过程中,在特定车速下会发生驾驶室异常振动。通过有限元建模分析与道路行驶试验相结合的方法,找出了该车型在特定车速下发生振动的原因。当车速在40 km/h左右时,车轮产生的摇振频率与整车的固有频率相接近,产生了共振。为消除振动现象,可通过调整整车的转动惯量等方法降低整车的振动频率,避免产生共振。

| Abstract: | The abnormal vibration of a truck cab appeared in specific speed in using process based on the market feedback.The reasons of the normal vibration were found out by combination of finite element modeling analysis and road tests.The resonance vibration was caused by the frequencies of radial force variation which almost equal to the truck nat ural frequency under the vehicle velocities of 40km/h.The truck rotation inertia should be improved to make the natural frequency of truck decreased so as to avoid reso... |
