新型碰撞吸能机构的设计及仿真研究

摘    要:针对汽车碰撞中乘员的安全性,对原来汽车车架前纵梁(即碰撞吸能区)进行了改进,设计出一种新型可拆装式汽车用安全碰撞吸能机构.利用模拟仿真ANSYS/LS—DYNA软件对其进行了建模和仿真.结果表明该结构在碰撞时产生合理的塑性变形,能达到有效吸收能量的目的。

Abstract:For the passenger safety in the vehicle collision,the front fender rail as the main energy absorbing component in the vehicle collision were improved ,a new energy absorbing structure was designed which can be unloaded easily,its modeling was performed and the structure were simulated by useing the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the results showed that the deform was reasonable and the energy can be absorbed valid by this new energy absorbing structure.
