基于最小耗功的发动机冷却系统设计研究

摘    要:应用商用仿真软件GT-Cool对某客车柴油机建立冷却系统一维仿真计算模型。基于最小耗功原则,在设定发动机进出口温差和发动机出口温度的情况下,获得最合适的冷却液流量和冷却空气流量特性需求,为水泵和风扇的传动系统以及节温器的匹配提供了优化的边界条件。

Abstract:By using simulation code GT-Cool,one-dimensional engine cooling system simulation model was established for a diesel engine.According to the minimum power consumption criteria,optimal engine coolant and cooling air flowrate were obtained on condition that temperature difference between engine entry and exit port and temperature of engine exit port were known,which were taken as boundary conditions of optimized matching of thermostat,coolant pump driving component and electromagnetic clutch.
