摘    要:传统的加油口门刚度分析方法不能体现加油口门的整体刚度水平,且未考察卸载后的塑性变形情况。为改进原有方法的缺陷,本文提出一种系统全面的加油口门刚度分析方法,分别从水平刚度、垂直刚度及扭转刚度三个方面分析加油口门的整体刚度。运用该方法成功分析了某乘用车加油口门刚度,并通过结构优化,使其满足设计要求。该方法在量产车中得到验证,为加油口门的研发设计提供重要思路。

Abstract:The traditional stiffness analysis method for the fuel filler door can not reflect the overall stiffness of the fuel filler door level,and does not investigate the plastic deformation after unloading.To improve the defect of existing methods,in this paper,the systematic and comprehensive stiffness analysis method which includes horizontal stiffness,vertical and torsional stiffness for fuel filler door have been presented.This method has been successfully used for fuel filler door stiffness of using passenger car,and according to the result of structural optimization,the predetermined target value have been resched.The method has been verified in the production cars,the fuel filler door is designed to provide important research ideas.
