柴油机喷油规律测试系统的仿真研究

摘    要:利用HYDSIM软件建立了测量燃油喷射系统喷油量及喷油规律的仿真模型,并对测量装置相关参数进行优化。从仿真的角度验证了位移法测量喷油量及喷油规律的可行性与精确性,分析了喷油背压对系统喷油量及喷油规律的影响,并指出测量装置喷油背压可以靠活塞向下移动响应延迟在容积腔所形成的压力来实现。最后,将相关参数优化,得到测量装置结构参数的具体数值,可用于指导相关零部件的加工和选型。

Abstract:The simulation model designed for measuring fuel injection quantity and injection rate were established by using the software of HYDSIM, and the related parameters were also optimized. From the calculation of simulation, the displacement method, which is aimed at measuring the fuel injection quantity and injection rate, is verified to be feasible and accurate .The effect on fuel injection and injection rate which is caused by fuel injection back pressure was analyzed and pointed out that the fuel?injection back pressure of this measuring device can be realized by the pressure occurred in the volume when the piston moving down. Finally ,by optimizing the relevant parameters ,we can get the specific value of?? Structural parameters of this measuring device, and this method can be used to guide the processing and selection of related parts.
