汽车发动机舱散热特性研究

摘    要:根据汽车产品研发的需要,应用商用CFD软件Fluent和KULI,采用基于Navier-Stokes方程的汽车外流场与发动机舱内流场耦合计算方法,对某汽车发动机分别处于额定功率点和最大扭矩点下发动机舱的散热特性和温度场特性进行研究。快速而准确地指导发动机舱内冷却系统的参数选择与判定。研究发动机舱内的温度分布特性及最高温度值,控制发动机舱内空气最高温度低于设计目标值,从而判别发动机舱内的温度特性是否满足设计要求。

Abstract:The commercial CFD software Fluent and KULI is used to compute the automobile external flow field and the internal flow field of the engine cabin with the Navier-Stokes equation.The heat transfer and temperature field characteristic for the engine cabin in the maximal torque and rated power case of the automobile engine is researched. The choice and estimation for the cooling system parameter in the engine cabin is guided.the distributing characteristic and the highest temperature value of the temperature field in the engine cabin is researched to control the highest temperature value below the design target value, so that it is can be assessed whether the temperature field in the engine cabin can satisfy the design request.
