| 摘 要： | 分析了断裂缸盖螺栓的化学成分、金相组织、宏观及微观断口形貌,以及力学性能和螺栓装配受力情况,分析结果表明,由于缸盖螺栓表面存在硬化层而且外观质量不佳,螺栓发生脆性断裂,造成了发动机冲缸垫故障,并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the chemical composition, metallurgical microstructure, macroscopical and microcosmic fracture appearance, mechanical performance and the received force circumstance of cylinder head bolt assembly.The results indicated that head bolt was occurred brittleness fracture to lead to the failure of engine cylinder gasket due to the hardened surface layer and bad appearance quality of the cylinder head bolt. This paper discussed the phenomenon and influence factors for engine cylinder gasket and suggested some improvement measures. |
