多角度U型弯曲件冲压回弹的研究

摘    要:回弹是金属冲压成形加工工艺中一种常见且较难控制的技术问题,多角度U型弯曲件的冲压回弹更是如此。论文利用正交试验方法,并借用DYNAFORM有限元分析软件对一个具体的实例进行分析研究的成果,对于制定相近冲压件的生产工艺具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Spring-back is a technical problem that is ordinary but is also difficult to control in metal stamping processing technique,especially for the multi-angle U-shaped part.Based on orthogonal experiment,the forming process of the specific part and the result are simulated by using DYNAFORM.It’s significant for guiding designers to work out the production technique of similar parts.
