摘    要:发动机冷激铸铁挺柱在可靠性试验中出现的高频次底面疲劳剥落问题,从摩擦副磨损机理出发,对负荷和润滑等进行模拟分析,结合台架试验提出了冷激球铁凸轮与冷激合金铸铁挺柱的许用工作条件,改进后有效地解决了挺柱底面的疲劳剥落问题.

Abstract:Spalling problem on heat treated chilled cast iron tappets was frequently found in the reliability tests of a new engine.After the study on wear mechanism of friction,load and lubrication simulation,combined with bench tests,we have propounded the allowable working conditions for the match of chilled ductile iron cam and chilled cast iron tappet,and also solved the problem finally with effective improvement.
