钢桥面铺装组合结构的路用性能研究

摘    要:对比研究了5种钢桥面铺装组合结构(EA-10+EA-10、EA-10+SMA-10、GA-10+EA-10、GA-10+SMA-10和SMA-10+SMA-10)的高温性能、疲劳性能、抗滑性能及防水性能等;同时考察了二阶环氧树脂防水粘结剂与铺装组合结构的界面粘结性能。试验结果表明,采用高韧性环氧沥青混凝土的组合结构具有优异的路用性能;二阶环氧树脂防水粘结剂能很好地适用于各种铺装组合结构。通过试验验证了5种铺装组合结构的综合技术性能,为我国钢桥面铺装提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:The high temperature stability,fatigue performance,anti-sliding performance,and waterproof performance of five steel bridge deck pavement composite structures(including EA-10+EA-10,EA-10+SMA-10,GA-10+EA-10,GA-10+SMA-10,and SMA-10+SMA-10)were studied.Also,the interface bonding performance of second-order epoxy resin waterproof adhesive and pavement composite structures were investigated.The test results showed that the composite structures which used high-toughness epoxy asphalt concrete as paving material had excellent pavement performance.And second-order epoxy resin waterproof adhesive could be well adaptive to various pavement composite structures.Through the study of comprehensive technical performance of the five pavement composite structures,some suggestions for steel bridge deck pavement could be put forward.
