超细水泥用于水泥混凝土路面裂缝处理的研究

摘    要:水泥混凝土路面在使用过程中常出现由路面板脱空引起的开裂。本文通过分析水泥混凝土路面板由脱空引起的混凝土裂缝的原因,采取灌浆技术来解决此类病害,并阐述了灌浆加固机理。室内试验结果表明,超细水泥的各项性能较普通水泥优越,能渗入细微裂缝,是优良的灌浆材料。将超细水泥应用到实际工程中,对灌浆实施步骤进行了较详细的介绍与分析,且最后测试结果比较理想。

Abstract:Cracks of cement concrete pavement caused by hollowing always take place during the utility of cement concrete slabs.The reasons of such cracks of cement concrete are analyzed,and grouting is a good way to solve the problem.The mechanism of grouting is explained.The laboratory experiments indicate that micro-fine cement has excellent workability compared with normal cement and is a good grouting material.The steps in actual project for grouting are introduced and analyzed in detaile.The last test result is satisfied.
