超重荷载钢桥铺装结构设计与桥梁加固方案研究

摘    要:交通荷载对钢桥面铺装的使用寿命有很大影响,为设计出满足超重行车荷载使用要求的钢箱梁桥面铺装,运用有限元方法分析了3种备选铺装结构在超重荷载作用下的力学性能,并进一步研究为改善铺装受力状况而采取的桥梁加固措施,为桥梁结构与桥面铺装一体化设计做出了有益的尝试。根据研究结果,推荐钢桥面采用"7.5 cm三层环氧沥青混凝土"铺装结构,并对桥梁结构采用在腹板附近加焊纵向加劲肋的方式进行加固。研究表明,增加铺装厚度以及钢桥面板局部结构的优化,可以较为明显地改善铺装的受力状况,建议钢桥结构设计与桥面铺装设计应同步、协调进行。

Abstract:Traffic loading has a great influence on service life of steel deck pavement.To design a proper deck pavement for a steel bridge subject to super-heavy traffic load,performances of three pavement structures are analyzed by FEM.Furthermore,two methods of bridge reinforcement are brought forward,which is the attempt for design integration of steel bridge structures and pavements.On the basis of investigations above,recommendation for pavement structure is 3-layer epoxy asphalt concrete with the depth of 7.5 cm;the deck reinforcement of adding ribs around main girder is also needed.Investigations also indicate that better stress state of deck pavement can be achieved by thickening depth of pavements and local optimization of steel decks.Design of steel bridge structures and deck pavements ought to be synchronous.
