摘    要:为配合交通部公路沥青路面施工规范的修订.在总结已建高速公路经验的基础上.提出了沥青混合料AC-13的一个新的矿料级配范围。选择我国规范推荐的工程中常用的表面层AC-13Ⅰ型和AK-13A型与我们提出的新型级配沥青混合料表面层在青海平西高速公路修筑了试验路。室内沥青混合料马歇尔试验、车辙试验和低温弯曲试验均表明,3种沥青混合料均可以作为青海地区的高速公路表面层。现场检测表明,新提出的级配沥青混合料综合了现行规范规定的路面设计中常用的2种沥青混合料表面层的优点.具有密水、抗裂兼顾抗滑和抗车辙等功能。从3种沥青混合料矿料级配和结构组成特性两方面.分析了它们的现场压实特性、空隙率、密水性能、构造深度等现场路用性能差异的原因。理论和实践均表明:新提出的AC-13调整型沥青混合料是一种较好的高速公路沥青混合料表面层材料。

Abstract:In order to assort the redaction of tandard Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Highway Asphalt Pavements of the ministry of communications , a new type ACB of surface course of asphalt mixture is put forward AC 13I, AK 13A which are recommended in existing standard of China and the new type of aggregate grading mixture are selected to be experimented and laid on the Ping Xi Expressway in Qinghai Province The laboratory experiments show that all the three kinds of mixtures meet the technical requirements specified by the construction standard for highway and can be used on expressway After the construction is finished, the permeability coefficient test, the texture depth test and the core drill test are performed The laboratory experiments and field tests show that the new asphalt mixture integrates the merits of the two kinds of mixtures of existing standard It has impermeability, crack resistance, skidding resistance, and cutting resistance From both the aggregate grading and construct formation of the three kinds of mixtures, the reasons of their different compaction characteristics, percent air voids, impermeability performances and surface texture depths are analyzed Both theory and practice verify that the new type asphalt mixture is an ideal surface course mixture for expressways
