| 摘 要： | 合理确定高速公路的收费费率,是在高速公路的建设及运营过程中必须进行考虑的重要问题.从实际应用的角度出发,提出了一种基于路网的分车型高速公路收费费率优化实用模型,并结合高速公路收费费率本身的特点,给出相应的求解算法.该方法在收费系数确定的情况下,根据优化目标直接得到优化结果.在实际应用中可首先确定不同的可行收费系数方案,计算相应收费系数方案下的费率优化结果,根据优化结果确定费率优化的满意解.算例结果显示,该方法具有简单、实用的特点.
