路面拓宽工程新老水泥稳定碎石基层拼接技术研究

摘    要:对于半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面,新、老水泥稳定碎石的拼接效果对路面拓宽工程具有重要的影响.在调研的基础上,选择乳化沥青、水性环氧黏结剂等材料进行黏结性能比选.研究了新、老水泥稳定碎石纵向接缝室内模拟试验方法,通过劈裂强度和冻融劈裂强度指标评价不同黏结剂用量的使用效果.不宜采用振动压路机碾压新老水泥稳定碎石的接缝部位,而应采用胶轮压路机并增加压实遍数.研究表明,水性环氧黏结剂与水泥的混合物是一种良好的新、老水泥稳定碎石接缝的黏结材料.

Abstract:For the pavement structure with cement treated base,the effect of the jointing between new and old cement treated base is very important to the widen project.Based on investigation,emulsified asphalt,water-based epoxy resin and other material are selected,and the bonding strength to old cement treated base is tested.The simulation method of longitudinal jointing is researched in laboratory.And,indirect tension and indirect tension by freezing and thaw are tested to determine the quantity of bonder.Increasing the compaction times of Pneumatic-tired roller is needed,instead of compacting the new and old cement treated base and joint areas by steel roller.Result shows that the mix of water-based epoxy resin and cement is a good jointing material.
