SBS聚合物改性剂与基质沥青的配伍性研究

摘    要:对不同类型、不同牌号的SBS和不同的基质沥青,采用不同掺配按照相同的加工工艺制备SBS改性沥青,通过技术指标试验来分析SBS类型、牌号、掺量和基质沥青对SBS改性沥青性能的影响,结果表明:星型SBS的改性效果并不一定优于线型SBS,但线型SBS较星型SBS与同一种基质沥青有更好的相容性;SBS嵌段比为30/70的SBS的改性效果优于嵌段比为40/60的SBS;与同一类型的SBS改性剂相容性越好的基质沥青,其改性效果越好;而同一种SBS改性沥青的改性效果随SBS改性剂掺量(小于5.5%)的增大而提高。

Abstract:SBS modified asphalts are prepared through adding different types and brands of SBS into different kinds of asphalt at different dosage and same processing condition,and their effect on SBS modified asphalt performance is analyzed via technical indexes.The results show that the star SBS doesn't always improve asphalt pavement performance more obviously than the line SBS,but the line SBS modified asphalt has better compatibility than the star SBS modified asphalt;the 30/70 of S/B ratio SBS modified asphalt has better pavement performance than the 40/60 of S/B ratio SBS;the same type SBS modified asphalt pavement performance has better performance while its compatibility show better;the same SBS improve asphalt pavement performance more obviously as SBS dosage(less than 5.5%) is bigger.
