公路工程材料费用的全过程控制

材料费用的控制是控制工程成本的关键。通过对影响材料消耗的过程和影响材料费用的要素进行分析，提出控制材料费用必须从材料消耗量和材料价格两方面着手。并应在影响材料费用的设计、施工及运营三个阶段进行全过程控制，才能取得最好效果；在材料控制的全过程中，不能忽视设计阶段对降低材料费用的重要作用；对材料费用的控制效果还应进行实事求是的评价，以总结经验教训，为以后的材料费用控制工作提供借鉴。

Control of Materials Cost in Overall Processes of Highway Projects

Control of materials costs is the crux for control the total cost of a highway project. According to the analysis of factors and processes that influence the uses of highway construction materials, a study about it is carried out and it concludes that the control of material costs can be incorporated in both quantity of consumption and prices of highway construction materials, and the process of cost control should be undertaken at different stages of highway design, construction and operation, especially in the design stage which is usually neglected in the past. An objective assessment of effects of cost control that can present an useful reference for other highway projects is also needed.
