磷石膏改性二灰路面基层材料的性能研究

摘    要:研究了在二灰中加入磷石膏后对二灰以及二灰稳定粒料的强度、强度发展、水稳性、抗冲刷性的影响,结果表明:磷石膏对二灰类路面基层材料有显著的改性作用,磷石膏改性二灰早期强度大幅度提高,后期强度发展稳定,水稳性特别是早期水稳性显著提高,改性后的二灰稳定基层的抗冲刷性介于二灰和水泥稳定基层之间,和二灰相比有大幅度提高,是一种性能良好的路面基层材料。

Abstract:After adding phosphogypsum into the lime-flyash,the strength of the lime-flyash and the granular is stabilized by it,the strength development,water stability and the scour resistance of the material are studied.The results indicate that the phosphogypsum modifies lime-flyash remarkably,the strength of the lime-flyash road base course materials increased significantly comparing with the lime-flyash,the strength of the phosphogysum modified lime-flyash develops stably,the water stability especially the early age water stability increases significantly and scour resistance of the phosphogypsum modified lime-flyash is markedly improved also,the scour resistance of phosphogypsum modificated lime-flyash stability base is between the lime-flyash and cement stabilized road base course.So the phosphogysum modified lime-flyash road base material is a road base material with good properties.
